- The song was written by Sean Watkins. It is one of three songs recorded by Nickel Creek that was written single-handedly by Sean, the other two being "Somebody More Like You" on Why Should the Fire Die?, and "This Side".

The video was filmed in a movie theater, and the movie that is playing is the music video itself. The camera flashes from the band playing in the movie to them singing in the audience.
