The Solicitor General is addressed in court as "Mr Solicitor".

She would probably be addressed as "Mrs. Solictor"(it is quite ridiculous).

Would the Solicitor General be similar to the United States Surgeon General?

No. There is, however, a United States Solicitor General, although the UK and US jobs are not entirely the same. -- ALoan (Talk) 11:46, 30 January 2006 (UTC)
