Solbridge International School of Business

Solbridge International School of Business is a new program in Daejeon, South Korea, launched by Woosong University. John E. Endicott, who serves as its Vice Chancellor, is best known for his work on nuclear nonproliferation (for which he was nominated for the Nobel Prize). The school is known for its focus on both business and its implications for government and society with an emphasis on the specific features of business in Asia. The business program emphasizes finance, logistics, marketing and technology transfer.
SolBridge is the first business school in Korea with a primarily international faculty and student body. All courses are conducted in English. Vice President George Peterson and Dean Tridib Biswas have extensive experience in business and policy. The Asia Institute is led by Emanuel Pastreich who has experience in business and international relations.
Solbridge has close ties with businesses and research institutes in the Daejeon area, including an MOU with KRIBB (Korea Research Institute for Biology and Biotechnology).
