i would like to know how much time my dog my have to live she has a tumor the size of a soft ball on her hind quarter. the vet says it is to avasive to operate and has givin me pain meds for her. three months ago we were told it was just a ball of fat and not to worry. it has grown double since then, and she is having trouble walking

my name is Vickie and I was just diagnosed with sarcoma. The mass was in the abdomen and was 26cm. I am concerned about what my chances of this reoccuring and is there anything I can do so it does not come back. Wikipedia's external links policy and the specific guidelines for medicine-related articles do not permit the inclusion of external links to non-encyclopedic material, particularly including internet chat boards and e-mail discussion groups. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and while it may occasionally be useful to patients or their families, it is not an advertising opportunity for support groups. Please do not re-insert links that do not conform to the standard rules. Any editor, BTW, is welcome to read all of the rules and perform an "audit" in the remaining links.
