sorry if this looks like an advert for relopia. This is not intended. I just haven't had time yet to add more information. I want to address a blog from O'reilly (I haven't had time to link to it yet - but I promise to do this) where there is a discussion about what should be happening in social network platforms: i.e. making them useful for people to connect.
