Kojima has also stated that he enjoys Snake's Revenge and thought it was faithful to the "Metal Gear concept" he had initially envisioned.

[edit] Parallel vs. Alternate
I'm thinking the proper term for the non-canonical extensions of a series are referred to as AUs [alternate universes] and not parallel. If there are no objections within a week (please go to my talk page and let me know), I'm changing it. --Thorns Among Our Leaves 02:33, 18 Jun 2005 (UTC)
