[edit] Comics by Stanworth
[edit] Snafu Comics
David Stanworth's original series, Snafu Comics is a gaming comic that debuted on May 15, 2002. The strip has two main characters, Dave and Travis, and the two characters originally spent much of their time playing and commenting on video games, forming the basis of the humor in the strip. The current theme is generally current events ranging from movies, politics, and random social commentary. The strip also sometimes refers to other Internet subcultures, and sometimes features in-jokes that are explained by the news posts accompanying each comic. Although multi-part strips occasionally appear, it mostly follows a gag-a-day format. It is a weekly comic, typically updating on Mondays.
Stanworth says that he altered the art style for different strips to fit different audiences and types of humor; he says he alters it "every week."[1]
[edit] TIN The Incompetent Ninja
TIN The Incompetent Ninja, or just Tin, is Stanworth's second comic. Tin, whose name is an acronym for "The Incompetent Ninja", is an assassin who is dangerous to everyone except his intended targets. Tin repeatedly attempts to assassinate Chung Him Yuen, a character named after Stanworth's roommate, but manages only gory collateral damage (including killing his master's grand daughter.). Eventually he is sent back to ninja school where he frequently makes mistakes that result in the deaths of various classmates, as well as his "Elementary School Sensei", who would rather commit suicide than teach Tin again. After he is asked by the young ninjas about what happened to their Sensei, Tin decides to take over the class. He eventually founds his own Gang; PMS(Powerful Men Society). In some strips, Tin is pictured in bed next to a pink (female) ninja, and the focus is on sex-related humor, rather than violence. Tin debuted on January 5, 2005, and updates weekly, usually on Thursday. TIN also has an animated short by Stanworth on Newgrounds. After a four month hiatus, TIN returned on December 6, 2007.

[edit] Sugar Bits
An original series by Bleedman. This comic features Ginger, a girl who wields a large lollipop as a weapon; Hansel Gingerman, a living Gingerbread Man; Cupcake, a type of rabbit-girl who is Princess of the Veggie Hut; Cocoa, a moose (a reference to the dessert chocolate mousse) in a lab coat, who seems to only speak by giving loud raspberries; Bleedheart, a type of machine soldier wrapped in bandages who is the ruler of the Sorrow Sanctum, the Brave Hearts, consisting of King, a vegetarian lion, the apparent team leader, and Bo's father; Bo, an anthropomorphic sheep with a cowbell around her neck whose main weapon appears to be her 'Ramrod' and is the daughter of King, and Braveun; a tall man with an orange plated face and long white hair who so has thus far only communicated with a 'thumbs-up' sign. Bleedman has stated on a DeviantArt deviation that that the Brave Hearts are the only three to ever graduate from the Courage Campus, including 'Captain' Hansel Gingerman. They are the apparent protectors of Harmonia, the fantasy world where Sugar Bits takes place. Many other candy-based creatures fill the population of Confectionaria as well.
The setting of the story to be in a land known as Harmonia, a so far peaceful world that is undisturbed by humans. The story at the moment focuses on the land of candy and sugary treats: Confectionaria. Gingerman and Professor Cocoa were, at the beginning of the story, working with a machine that processed 'Zest'. Zest is created when the machine harvests the feelings and emotions created when Humans eat and drink sweets and sugary treats. This energy is then processed and thrown back into the real world to make the sweets tasty. However, when an overload occurs, a strange and twisted creature is created, whose nature reflects upon the cause of the overload.
It is found that Ginger created Hansel Gingerman for her mother, as creating a Gingerbread Man is a hard task that involves much work. When she was seven, Ginger used to be a sweet and kind girl, but now the teenaged Ginger is generally moody, sarcastic, and appears to dislike being called by her royal title. Cupcake is also introduced, a rabbit-girl whose cheerful, energetic, and childish personality sharply contrasts that of Ginger's, even though Cupcake and her pet rabbit Mint claim that she is Ginger's best friend. Cupcake is the princess of Veggiehut, although she neglects her duties in order to obtain treats from Confectionaria.
It is difficult to understand Gingerman's actual relationship with Ginger. Ginger appears to have feelings for Gingerman and openly kissed him, apparently utilizing her tongue while doing so according to Bo, after King began lecturing him. Ginger almost immediately stepped forward and demanded that only she may lecture him. While possible that the kiss was meant to be in defiance of the Bravehearts, King especially, Ginger's apparent jealousy after Bo gave Gingerman a good luck kiss would suggest otherwise. As of current comics Gingerman is in some kind of nightmarish land filled with monsters. Bo is also the King's daughter which is supported by the fact that he told Braveun to "take care of my little girl".

| Current status / schedule | Currently on Hiatus: Updates proposed to begin again sometime in 2008 |
| Launch date | January 18, 2004 |
| Genre(s) | Fan fiction, Action, Drama, Humor |
PowerPuff Girls Doujinshi (also known as PowerPuff Girls D or PPGD) is a manga-styled fancomic.
The comic is a crossover of sorts based on the American animated television series The Powerpuff Girls, though finding Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup slightly older and now going to school in a fictional neighboring city of Townsville known as Megaville. Evil forces soon set their sights on the girls, which lead to conflicts as the comic progresses.
While PPG Doujinshi includes many familiar characters (drawn manga-style), the comic also sports many original characters, the most noticeable being Bell, a supposed Powerpuff Girl dressed in white who works for the villains and has grown Fond of Zim's robot, Gir, who she calls 'Girly'.
Also, some characters from the original PPG were reimagined, such as the Rowdyruff Boys which were recreated under what seems to be a secret government program called Project Rowdy. This program seems to be run by an organization called by fans as the "Global Defenders", an organization (likened to CADMUS of the Justice League: Unlimited TV series) which seems to feature I. M. Weasel as the chief scientist and an original character named Dr. Brisbaine. The Global Defenders also seem to have links with Mrs. Wakeman and Jenny from My Life as a Teenage Robot, though it is unclear whether they are full members of the Global Defenders or not.
There has been fan speculation that Dr. Brisbaine is an alter ego of Dr. X, the main villain of the story.
The comic is known to be much darker in tone than the animated series on which it is based. One of the darker elements of the story is Dexter of the show Dexter's Laboratory having to deal with the tragic death of his sister Dee Dee. It is also known to have characters written in very different ways from how they act in their respective programs. Despite this, some characters retain their personalities, such as the egotistical but useless Irken Zim and his completely insane robot dog GIR.
PowerPuff Girls Doujinshi was updated regularly on Sundays until April 10th, 2005 when Bleedman turned his attention to work on his related comic, Grim Tales From Down Below. Currently there are no updates planned for the comic until Grim Tales From Down Below is completed, which has been speculated by Bleedman himself as sometime in 2008.
The comic was the "Outstanding Superhero Comic" and "Outstanding Character Art" winner on the Web Cartoonist's Choice Awards in 2005.

| Current status / schedule | No longer on hiatus: Updates relaunched September 2007 though will be slow |
| Launch date | December 20, 2004 [1] |
| Genre(s) | Action, Drama, Fan fiction |
Grim Tales from Down Below is a manga-styled webcomic based on the animated television series The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy.
The comic is mainly based on The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, but also draws on other series with similar themes (such as The Nightmare Before Christmas), as well as other Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon shows (like Fairly OddParents and Danny Phantom), and even sources as diverse as Visionaries: Knights of the Magical Light. The story centers around Grim, Mandy, and their two children, Minimandy (a.k.a Minnie) and Grim Jr. (a.k.a. Junior). While Grim Tales includes many familiar "anime-inized" characters (under a disclaimer), the comic also sports several original characters, such as the children of Grim and Mandy.
Grim Tales is known to be much darkier than the animated programs on which it is based, even containing a 9/11 reference (Bleedman had a poll on his deviantArt account to see if the page should be removed. The majority voted for it to be kept.) The comic also shares the same universe as another Bleedman comic, PowerPuff Girls Doujinshi, albeit several years in the future.
Grim Tales is mostly updated on Sundays. Currently there are two sagas planned for the series, the current one being a recap of sorts explaining how Minimandy gained her current, sewn-together appearance and how Junior gained his right eye. It also gives the backstory for the comic. The second arc will concern Grim Jr. and "Her", "Him"'s daughter.
[edit] King of Fighters Doujinshi
Bleedman's first comic, King of Fighters Doujinshi is a fan comic based on The King of Fighters. It was produced in 2001 and has since concluded.

[edit] Everafter
A dark fictional crossover of nursery rhymes and fairy tales written and drawn by an artist known as Endling, whose real name is Shaun Healey. Updated Saturdays.
The comic's main character is a mentally disturbed Little Red Riding Hood, who uses a large saw as her weapon. Other characters who will appear are pyromaniacal Hansel and Gretel, a pill-popping pig named Iggy from "Three Little Pigs", Goldilocks, Jack from Jack and the Beanstalk fame and his sword Isafrel, an anorexic Jack Sprat, Tom Thumb who talks to his shoes, Miss Muffet, and Rosie and Posie from the nursery rhymes Ring Around the Rosie. The villains are currently Humpty Dumpty, Dr. Crooked, Dr. Cricket, Puss in Boots, and a surreal version of the Big Bad Wolf. Recently, Pinocchio appeared in the story and seems to have been given the job of "janitor" in the Asylum. The comics are drawn and colored in black-and-white. Everafter's level in violence is matched by that of "The Incompetent Ninja", though far darker.
Recently, a comic involving Minnie and Grim Jr from 'Grim Tales' was released as an 'Intermission' in place of the regular Everafter updates, since Endling is adjusting from his move to Chicago. The Big Bad Wolf from Everafter is released and attacks the characters in the other comics on the website. It has visited Wes and Col from Sticky Floors, and a whole pack of them was spotted in the sky while Tin taught the elementary school ninjas how to deliver the perfect 'fingering'. Tin told the kids to prepare the "Secret Ninja Nuke" technique he taught them the day before, but runs away, whilst the kids are annihilated. Meanwhile, the main character of Training Wheels is going to enter a new classroom, only to discover that a whole pack of Big Bad Wolf's are wreaking havoc inside the classroom. However, he doesn't seem to worry, as he thought the alchemist school was worse. As of now, Wes', Col's and Tin's fates are unknown.
Meanwhile, a pack of big bad wolfs are exploring the city, when they sense an irresistible source of evil. They are drawn to it, only to find Travis from Snafu standing there waiting for them. Dave then opens the door and finds Travis and the big bad about to fight.
As of March 10, Endling has gotten back to work on EverAfter's storyline. So far the story starts off with what has happened at Ever After as of Red's attack, then it seems to show the attack through Red's eyes. After Red is knocked unconscious she is taken away and a crew cleans up after Red's violent carnage. It has been revealed that the mysterious Dr. Crooked somehow revives (Or re-initiates) those slain by our hero.
Dr. Crooked meanwhile goes off to Dr. Cricket who seems to be somehow peering into Red's mind and reading her dreams. Dr. Crooked and Dr. Cricket chat to each other, Dr. Crooked continuing to tell Red that she will not crack like others, and that Dr. Cricket should have more confidence in Red. Dr. Cricket simply responds that he does it's just he has a conscience. Dr. Crooked simply laughs and tells him not to confuse faith for neglect, as all he has is faith in Red.
The story moves onto Iggy who is giving a small group of people a tour of the asylum, when they stop at Goldilocks. Things go well until a child that's in the group asks why Goldilocks's face has scars. Goldilocks says she doesn't have any scars and it may be possible she isn't aware of it, or denies it. One of the tourists sees something behind Goldilocks as Goldilocks continues to tell the child she has no scars. Before anything could possibly happen a nurse comes up to them telling them they have to leave as she has to take Goldilocks to Dr. Crooked.
The comic has not been updated for a few months due to the artist's new job.
In a recent deviantart journal, Endling stated that EverAfter will be updated after the finale of his tournament, Endzone, is finished.
[edit] Sticky Floors
A web comic by artist Matt Herms, and is usually updated on Wednesdays and Saturdays. It focuses on the humorous situations of a group of friends. The jokes are usually of a sexual nature, but do span across other kinds of humor, ranging from racial naivety to jokes based around a character's incompetence. The comic has introduced a new character named Frank who is a "Frankenstein monster made out of sex toys". Thus, showing the sexual theme of the comic. To date, Frank has never been seen, although there are some pictures taken of him (like Frank, these pictures are not seen either). The comic has not been updated since January 9, 2008
