[edit] Speedy deletion of The ASHA Foundation
A tag has been placed on The ASHA Foundation, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read our the guidelines on spam as well as the Wikipedia:Business' FAQ for more information.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Crazy Boris with a RED beard 13:38, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
Hi. I've removed your {{hangon}} note from this article because, in spite of the warning above, the article has not been nominated for speedy deletion. This does not mean that it will not be at some point, but it's been more than an hour since you were notified, and it hasn't been nominated yet. In addition to adding sources, as you note you plan to do at the article's talk page, please consider reading the article carefully to be sure that it is neutral in its presentation, as this is evidently the concern that lead to this note being placed. If you have any questions about doing this, you might want to address them to Wikipedia's help desk, which is typically manned around the clock by volunteers. Ordinarily, I'd invite you to feel free to approach me about them personally, but I am getting ready to leave the country for a few weeks and won't be much available until towards the middle of May. :) Please remember to sign your comments at the help desk or on talk pages by typing four tildes (~~~~), which will expand into your username and a timestamp. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 14:25, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
