The Skywest Commons is an 185,000 square foot, 12.79 acre outdoor shopping mall in Hayward, California, built by Bowman Development Company in 2005 and anchored by a Target store.[1]. Approved in 2005, the project involved demolishing a motel, Festival Cinemas 9, and gas station.[2][3]
