Skymark Airlines Inc. (スカイマーク株式会社 Sukaimāku Kabushiki-gaisha?) is an airline headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. It operates scheduled passenger services on Japan's regional routes and international charter flights to Seoul. Its main base is Tokyo International Airport (Haneda).

The airline was established in 1996 and started operations on 19 September 1998, as an open sky domestic airline following deregulation. The major shareholders are Shinichi Nishikubo (35.47%), President of the company, and H.I.S. (27.62%). It has 821 employees.

The Skymark Airlines fleet consists of the following aircraft (as of April 2008) [1] :

767-300ER aircraft JA767A and JA767B, fitted with 12 first class and 297 economy seats, are usually operated on the Fukuoka route and are both painted with billboard-style advertising on each side of the fuselage. JA767C, with 24 first class and 230 economy, is usually operated on the Kagoshima route and carries a standard livery.

Skymark is purchasing more 737 aircraft to replace its 767 fleet by 2010. By the time the last 767s are retired, the airline plans to have a fleet of at least ten 737s. The first two 737s will be used on Skymark's Kobe flights starting in 2006. It already took delivery of 3 B737-800s and still operates 6 B767-300s which are to leave the fleet by 2009 at which point it plans on operating 9 B737-800s with 5 more arriving by 2011.
