Skyler Weinand

Skyler Weinand in an employee of the Republican Party of Minnesota. In 2006, he ran for the Minnesota House of Representatives, District 60B. He lost to Democrat Frank Hornstein by 12,393 votes.
Skyler was born and raised on the East Side of Saint Paul, attending public school in the St. Paul Public Schools system. Skyler started working at the ripe age of 15 to help provide for himself and to pay for college at the University of Minnesota.
He graduated from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota in Finance and Management Information Systems. Since then, Skyler has worked in finance, and is currently employed trading bonds backed by mortgages for an Investment Manager, Sit Investment Associates.
Skyler owns and lives in a duplex in the CARAG neighborhood of Minneapolis.
