I thought this seminal document should be in somewhere in wikipedia. Did it promise too much? Could its candidates realistically hope to be represented at Versailles, while at the same time fighting with one of the victors? Should a non-violent route have been pursued, at least until after Versailles? Could its terms have ever been acceptable to unionists in Ulster?
