[edit] Content

This page is written terribly.

The community of Simcoe should not be confused with Simcoe County, located on the north shore of Lake Simcoe, of the many places he is named after in Ontario.

"He" is named after the places? Who is "he"? John Graves Simcoe is not mentioned until the next paragraph, and then, it's in a paragraph entitled "Modern Simcoe." And the places are named after him, not the other way around. The whole article goes on in a very haphazard fashion. Someone with a wee bit more time on their hands needs to clean this up. A map showing Simcoe's location within Ontario would be nice, too. Thank you.Highnumber 14:13, 12 September 2007 (UTC)

The editor who created this page has created a lot of stuff with a lot fluff and fake content surrounding a kernel of truth. I've pared down this article to that kernel. Hopefully it can get some good attention now. Collectonian (talk) 05:06, 28 November 2007 (UTC)
