Simon Laurent Nolet (born September 23, 1941 in Saint-Odilon-de-Cranbourne, Quebec, Canada) is a retired professional ice hockey player. He is a scout for the Philadelphia Flyers.

He was the captain of the Kansas City Scouts from 1974 to 1976. He also played for the Philadelphia Flyers, Pittsburgh Penguins and Colorado Rockies. He won the Stanley Cup with the Philadelphia Flyers in 1974.
