2008 Tour (2008) |
Sick of the Studio '07 was Metallica's 2007 summer concert tour of Europe. As the name suggests, it comes as a break during recording work for Metallica's ninth studio album, but with more emphatically emotioned labeling than the previous year's Escape from the Studio '06 venture. The name for this tour was decided upon by the band choosing among submissions from members of MetClub. When this tour started, Metallica had played approximately 2725 shows since their first in 1981.
