"Sick and Tired" is a pop song written by American singer Anastacia and producers Dallas Austin and Glen Ballard for her third studio album, Anastacia (2004). It was released as the album's second single on July 19, 2004 (see 2004 in music) in Continental Europe and received a positive reception from music critics. The song reached number one in Spain and on the World Singles Official Top 100 Sales and Airplay charts, while it entered the top five on the majority of all other charts it appeared on. The song "Let the Music Play" of Shamur is sampled.

The music video for "Sick and Tired" was shot in Los Angeles, USA on May 25th 2004. It was directed by Phillip Stölzl.

When the video begins, Anastacia is shown applying for a role and introduces herself as Sara Forest. Then she plays Holly in the film she's auditioning for. Throughout the video, Anastacia is performing the song in a small room with the band. In between the video shows black-and-white scenes from the rehearsal in which their relationship is the base. At first they fall in love, but after many dates, the boyfriend hits her, they split up and she wants him to leave.
