Shot silk

Shot silk is a textile fabric which is made up of silk woven from warp and weft of two or more different colours producing an iridescent appearance.

Shot silks are used mostly to make neckties and other garments. Notably, some forms of academic dress uses shot silks, such as the University of Wales.

This Fabric has the appearance of stitching pulls. However this is intended and is the desired effect of Shot Silk.
