Shisō (宍粟市 Shisō-shi?) is a city located in Hyōgo, Japan.

The city was founded on April 1, 2005 from the merger of four towns from Shisō District: Chikusa, Haga, Ichinomiya, and Yamasaki.

As of 2008 census data, the city has an estimated population of 42,008 with a density of 69 persons per km². The total area is 658.6 km².

Shiso City is the sister city of Sequim, Washington.
