The Palace Hotel Residential Tower is a proposed skyscraper in San Francisco's South of Market district. The building will be 669 feet (204 m) tall and will have 60 floors[1]. If constructed, this building will become the tallest residential building in San Francisco, and the tallest in South of Market[1]. The hotel will also replace an addition to The Palace Hotel, located at the corner of Jessie & Annie Streets[1]. However, under the proposed zoning laws released by the city of San Francisco on May 1, 2008, the project could only rise as high as 400 feet (122 m).[2]
