Begin of comment by mithuna: I would be very careful with the claims made in his books, biographies,etc. Those are made by his followers and lack, that I know of, an independent review or support documentation. It would be very nice to have support for claims such as that he was proposed to the Nobel Prize,and degrees for psychology and any other formal studies, besides the ones related to occult sciences. You can research all about the UGB as they are part of the United Nations. Most web sites on Wikipedia are written by people who admire the people they are writing about. I think the term "follower" is incorrect. Life is about learning, through experience and reading, not by following.
Begin of comment by Mithuna: Your assertion that UGB is part of the United Nations is incorrect, they have sought registration which is a little different and in no way means endorsement of UN to UGB. If you have documents that UN that prove that is different than this please provide. There should not be unsupported claims in a public resource like this one. This article is non-neutral and several affirmations are false: He wasn't engenier and had no true universitary tittles. That's according with biographics researchs in the universities of Bruxeles, Paris, etc. He wasn't a real Yogui, nor Guru but an impostor according with his biographys written by his own wife Louise Baudin, Cesar Alcalde an other investigators. In 1928 he won the Ernest Rousille Award[citation needed] as Best European student[citation needed]. This award was inexistent in Europe !!!
He graduated with degrees in Engineeringand Architecture It's not true, becouse it has been verified he didn't study in the Universities of Paris nor Bruxelles, nor any known..
His true professions were: soldier, drawer, commerce, no doctorate!in 1937 he earned a doctorate in Hermetic Philosophy in London, England and the following year in Universal Science in Amsterdam, The Netherlands[citation needed].
During World War II, he returned to France and worked as a psychologist and began his research in the sciences of astronomyand astrology.
As a consequence of his confirmed astrological predictions, He predicted the third worl war for 1962 You can see the magazine Quatre et Trois 1946 (april?), and also thah De Gaulle will never return to power, etc... he achieved a certain amount of fame and popularity from the European and American press and radio[citation needed].
