Serbia sent two athletes that competed in the 1912 Summer Olympics in Stockholm, Sweden. By the next Olympic Games in 1920, Serbian athletes competed as the Kingdom of Yugoslavia (YUG).

- Dušan Milošević ran in the eighth heat of the men's 100 metres (11.6 seconds), but did not advance.
- Dragutin Tomašević competed in the men's marathon and finished in 37th place.
Živko Vastić was also entered in the men's marathon, but did not start.
