[edit] Proposal: article split
With the addition of game summaries, this article is rapidly becoming [very long (currently at 59kb) and will only continue to grow and become very unwieldy to edit and manage. Per WP:SIZE, now is a good time to develop a strategy to deal with the length.
I propose a structure similar to that seen in articles dealing with other television shows (and or the college football team pages) where the game summaries will be broken out to season articles. Check out Top Chef, Top Chef (Season 1), Top Chef (Season 2), Top Chef (Season 3) for examples. I imagine the base article, plus SEC on CBS (2001 season),SEC on CBS (2002 season), SEC on CBS (2003 season), etc... I'd imagine a summary schedule table (similar to the WP:CFB team season pages - see 2007 Auburn Tigers football team) and then sections for each game summary.
Thoughts, objections? I'm happy to set up the structure and do the split. AUTiger ยป talk 23:35, 1 November 2007 (UTC)
- If you're still thinking about doing this I think it would be a great idea. This main article should focus on the broadcast, the teams, some history, etc. If you want some help with this let me know and I'll see what I can do. Phydend (talk) 18:50, 28 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Tvr cbs logo.gif
Image:Tvr cbs logo.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
