Second Turn (orig. Malayalam Randamoozham) is an award winning novel by acclaimed Malayalam novelist M. T. Vasudevan Nair . M. T. Vasudevan Nair is the recipient of Jnanpith award, the highest literary honour in India, and Randamoozham is widely credited as one of his best works, if not the best. It was translated into English as Second Turn in 1997.
The novel is set as a retelling of the Indian epic Mahabharata, from the view of Bhima, the second Pandava.
