There's no territorial dispute, because the US government makes no claim to these rocks and recognizes them as Russian territory. There are some private individuals in the US who believe that the US has a right to them, but that makes a private opinion, not an international dispute. --Reuben 21:05, 16 May 2007 (UTC)
