"It is arguably the simplest of most plastic surgeries, when it's elective." It would be nice to find a non-regionally specific term for "elective" (voluntary? requested? not clinically necessary? — I'm not 100% sure what "elective" means), but my real problem is that I don't understand this sentence. I've moved it here:

"It is arguably the simplest of most plastic surgeries, when it's elective."
