Scott Fellows

Scott Fellows is an American television writer and producer. He is the creator and executive producer of Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide and Johnny Test. He was nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Music and Lyrics for the The Fairly Oddparents. He recently created a pilot for Nickelodeon called "One 4 All".[1]
