[edit] Sports Section

I think the sports section should remain on this page since it is important aspect of high schools. There should be more information about other aspects of the school too, however.

If it's included, it needs to be toned way down, minus all the boasting and records and such. I guess it's a pet peeve of mine about American high school articles in general: always copious info about athletics, little, if nothing about academics. I guess it's a reflection of reality to some extent, unfortunately. Ripogenus77 22:28, 23 December 2006 (UTC)
Sorry for not signing my previous post, that was me. I think the problem is that a lot of people consider the athletics of a school important. Look at what sells for getting kids to come to a college. A lot of it is athletics based. The same often goes for high schools. I will admit that I graduated from Scarborough in 2004 so I am biased so I will respect taking down the sports section. Do you know where MEA results or other statistics can be found?
