Sayeret Matkal WAS created in 1958, with Avraham Arnan as it's first Commanding Officer. If you have any information to the contrary then please provide it. WikiphyteMk1 11:03, 24 September 2007 (UTC)

I dont know anything about this group, but there seems to be conflicting dates for when it came into existence. Also, the paragraph on Ehud Barak seems bias and unencyclopedic.
