Savignano sul Rubicone is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Forlì-Cesena in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about 90 km southeast of Bologna and about 30 km southeast of Forlì. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 15,952 and an area of 23.2 km².[1]
The municipality of Savignano sul Rubicone contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Capanni, Fiumicino, and Savignano a Mare.
