Savannah, Texas

Savannah is an unincorporated housing subdivision marketed by Huffines Communities just east of Denton in Denton County, Texas, United States. It is located entirely within the boundaries of Denton County Fresh Water Supply District .

According to the subdivision's marketing website, "the Commissioner's Court of Denton County authorized the creation of the District because Savannah is NOT located in a city. The District is a political subdivision of the State of Texas, and functions like a city."
