Padma Vibhushan Birju Maharaj and his disciple, Saswati Sen.
Saswati Sen is the senior disciple of Pt. Birju Maharaj. She achieved early fame by dancing in Satyajit Ray's "the Chess Masters," (1977) his invocation of Lucknow society at its "Paris of India" zenith.
