Saratoga Avenue is a station on the IRT New Lots Line of the New York City Subway. Located at the intersection of Saratoga Avenue and Livonia Avenue in Brooklyn, it is served by the 3 train (all times except late nights), and by the 4 train (late nights). There is occasional 2, 4 and 5 service during rush hours, although this is not shown in the published timetable, station signage, or subway map.
This is a standard two-track station with side platforms. There is an extra exit from the southbound platform bypassing the fare control, which is used as an evening rush-hour exit only. In the mezzanine is an old enamel white-on-navy blue "To Street" directional sign. There is only one staircase from fare control to each platform.
