San Clemente Pier is a station on Amtrak's Pacific Surfliner passenger train route and Metrolink's Inland Empire-Orange County Line located in San Clemente, California, United States. It is very lightly used and only a few trains per day stop at the station.

There are no Amtrak ticket offices or machines at San Clemente Pier. Tickets, if not purchased elsewhere, can be bought aboard the train using credit cards or cash.
Travelers are responsible for bringing their own property on and off the train when leaving or arriving at San Clemente Pier.
Dining and restroom facilities can be found on or around the pier.
Paid parking can be found on the street or in an adjacent municipal lot.
