"The Fathers of Confederation had been discussing what to prefix Canada with, Kingdom of Canada being Macdonald's preference." I'm assuming this is referring to John A. Macdonald, not Andrew Archibald Macdonald? Heep (talk) 14:05, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
