[edit] Sápmi/Lapland

I took out the entry that said Sápmi is also called Lapland. These names do not in fact imply the same area - Lapland is a part of Sápmi. See the article Sápmi for more info. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 193.157.242.172 (talk) 08:11, 22 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Colours due sex

Blue for males and red for females is taken from Nordisk familjebok. But as you mentioned it there is need to clarify that both colours is used today by both males and females. This simply needs to be investigated further. // Rogper 13:19, 23 May 2004 (UTC)

I think the right place for this information would be an article on gakti. Unfortunately jag talar inte svenska (although I did try to learn it once), and I can't find anything in English on the internet that is sufficiently detailed. Maybe you could have a go? Thanks.
