Samsung Engineering & Construction (Hangul: 삼성건설 Hanja: 三星建設) is one of the world's leading construction companies founded and established in 1977, headquartered in Seongnam, South Korea and part of Samsung Group. In 1996, Samsung Construction merged under Samsung Corporation. Currently, Samsung Corporation is engaged in two major business areas: trading and construction. Samsung Engineering & Construction is involved in housing and commercial building development, civil engineering projects, and to a lesser extent plant construction. Samsung E&C has an experience of three highest buildings out of world top five high-rise buildings, including the Petronas Twin Towers (KLCC), the Taipei 101 and the Burj Dubai.

Samsung E&C was the main contractor on the west tower of the Petronas Towers. They are currently working on Burj Dubai in the UAE. This structure is projected to be the tallest building in the world after its completion in 2008.
