The web link offered [1] doesn't work. The web sites at Salem High School Online and Rockdale County Public Schools - Salem High School verify that the shool exists, but do not support the claims of sports and academic excellence. I am removing the following statement, Salem is known for its outstanding football team that has made it to the state finals three years in a row.
