Location of Sakura in Tochigi Prefecture
Sakura (さくら市, Sakura-shi?) is a city located in Tochigi, Japan.
The city was formed on March 28, 2005 with the merger of the towns of Kitsuregawa and Ujiie formerly a part of Shioya District, Tochigi. It is a hiragana city.

As of August 1, 2005, the city has an estimated population of 41,640 and the density of 331.89 persons per km². The total area is 125.46 km².
