Saint-Paul or Saint-Paul de Vence is a commune in the Alpes-Maritimes département in southeastern France. The well-known modern and contemporary art museum Fondation Maeght is located near Saint-Paul.

Saint-Paul de Vence has always been a haven of the famous. During the 1960s it was the playground of french actors Yves Montand, Simone Signoret, Lino Ventura and of poet Jacques Prevert.
Saint-Paul is also well known for the artists that have lived there such as Marc Chagall, and more recently Théodore Tobiasse and Giuliano Mancini.
- American writer James Baldwin died in Saint-Paul de Vence in 1987.[1]
