Frank Caliendo impersonating Rush Limbaugh in 2004 -- picture captured from my recorded video.

The rationale is to show Frank Caliendo to Wikipedia whilst using a non-free but a valid photo-captured from a copyrighted video that is allowed on Wikipedia.
