"Canadians are far more likely to speak both languages"?

Where is that? Ontario east? Please support this statement with facts. RedWolf 09:21, Feb 14, 2004 (UTC)

[edit] A pearl

There is a pearl of an interview in the online archives of Radio-Canada which brings a lot of light on the recommendations made by the B & B commissioners. The radio interview of Davidson Dunton can be listen to at this address:

I will listen to it more carefully later on and provide a translated transcription of it in this page. -- Mathieugp 21:59, 4 Apr 2005 (UTC)
