It might be worthwhile to critique the Nissen study here for its questionable methodology, as well as include more recent study information re increased CV risk. Also, might be worth to mention of Rosiglitazone's effect of LDL metabolism (see Thiazolidinediones review by Hannele Yki-Järvineni, 2004; figure 4). --Xris0 (talk) 18:33, 13 March 2008 (UTC)
