Roccantica is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Rieti in the Italian region Latium, located about 50 km northeast of Rome and about 15 km southwest of Rieti. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 625 and an area of 16.7 km².[1]
The municipality of Roccantica contains the frazione (subdivision) Vallecupola.
Roccantica borders the following municipalities: Cantalupo in Sabina, Casperia, Monte San Giovanni in Sabina, Poggio Catino, Rieti, Salisano.
