The Categories "Category:Afro-Germans" and "Category:Tanzanian-Germans" is certainly not suitable here. He is born in Germany. He is completely German! It is not even sure if he has seen his father. I will certainly ask him. However in Germany we do not categorize people like that, especially not with our German history. It is very different from the USA in that point.
