Robert James ("Bobby") Connor, (born 4 August 1960 in Kilmarnock) is a former Scotland international football, known for his spell with Aberdeen. He was most recently employed as the manager of Ayr United, until February 2007.
Connor played 263 appearances (12 as substitute) and scored 22 goals for Aberdeen after signing from Dundee in 1986. He was Alex Ferguson's last signing for the Dons before departing to Manchester United. He was capped once by Scotland whilst with Dundee and made 3 further appearances into his Aberdeen career.
After leaving the Dons in 1994 he played for Kilmarnock, Ayr United (as he did when he started his career), Partick Thistle and Queen of the South in senior football, before retiring.
