Rob Affuso (born Robert James Affuso, 1 March 1963, Newburgh, New York) is a heavy metal drummer, best known as the ex-drummer of Skid Row. He stayed with the band until their original break-up in 1996.
Affuso is currently playing drums with Soulsystem. He also played in the band Ozone Monday, with several of his former Skid Row bandmates. He was not involved in the band's 1999 reunion, as he was not asked. He has also said that he would not accept a reunion without Sebastian Bach.
He is the brother of the drummer of the popular local band in Orange County Nuts in a Blender.
Rob Affuso is the only member that keeps in contact with all former Skid Row bandmates. He wishes that that Skid Row will set aside their differences and play again. Rob normally plays Pearl drum sets with Soulsystems and also used them with Skid Row
Rob was also a member of the Sutton Thomas Band prior to joining Skid Row.
