I am not sure in the sentence by User:Kanzure, http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Ridged_mirror&diff=128341837&oldid=118804150

In Shimizu's and Fujita's work, atom holography is achieved via electrodes implanted into SiN₄ film over an atomic mirror, or maybe as the atomic mirror itself (check refs).

Could anybody explain the sentence above? If prof.Fujita reads this, will you consider to put in the article a picture from your paper?dima 05:45, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
