I'm not going to change this article, because there are no official boundaries, either present or historic, to the neighbourhood known as "Richview" or "Richview Gardens" that I know of. However, as a resident of this neighbourhood, I can tell you I believe the boundaries described in this article are too generous. In my opinion, the northern border would roughly be Dixon Road, and the western border Kipling Avenue. There are other known neighbourhoods, such as "Martin Grove Gardens" and "Kingsview Village" which the present articles boundaries encroach onto. Just my two cents.
