Richard Talbot was a medieval Bishop of London elect.

He was the nephew of Fulk Basset, Bishop of London[1]. He held the prebends of Mora and Finsbury in the diocese of London before being named treasurer of the diocese by August 20, 1257[2]. He was Dean of St Paul's in London by January 26, 1262[3]. He was elected bishop on August 18, 1262 but died on either September 28 or September 29 in 1262 before he could be consecrated[1].
