This image is of Richard Ng and is used in the article about the comedy actor: Richard Ng. The screenshot is of Ng playing the character "Chau" (aka "Curly"), the same role he played in The Return of Pom Pom (1984), Mr. Boo Meets Pom Pom (1985) and Pom Pom Strikes Back (1986). The 1980s was Ng's most prolific period (appearing in some 35+ films), and comedies like the Pom Pom series are typical examples of his work. The image is therefore illustrative of, and directly relevant to, the article's content. The justification / rationale for using this image is:

The image is directly relevant to, or is representative of, the article in which it appears.
The presence of the image improves and/or gives clarity to the article in which it appears.
The image is of low size and quality.
The image depicts, or is used to promote, a product (the film).
